[Personality] Very Calm, and brotherlike. He takes care of Kaiya, and makes sure she stays alive. He is a kind and gentle man, but if there is a threat around, he will be cruel and violent.
[History] His Father Died trying to protect him and his mother. He ran away from the village when he was 10 and went to the Rain Village, where he met Kaiya Zetsumei, he protected her, and trained with her, he had now a true family, and Kaiya had an older brother to learn from and grow up with.They Still live in the Rain Village, and travel between the sound and other villages for mission reasons only.

| Pretty good. I can help you with a picture, just tell me what he should look like. Also, he needs a few attacks that are based on his elements.
Here's some suggestions:
Mist
Silent kill (an attack like Zabuza's)
Water clones (this is a typical Rain village technique, that most villagers from the Rain should know)
Perhaps any other kind of water missels, or bomb-like attacks.
Shadow
Shadow posession jutsu
