[Personality] At first she can be really shy and quiet. Once you get to know her well enough, she can be a bit more hyper. If you make her mad, she'd most likely beat you up, or throw heavy things at you.
[History] When she was 13, Scarlett ran from her home village after witnessing her mother's brutal death. (Her father was the one to kill her.) At the time, she was only familiar with a path that led to Konoha, so that was the only place that she could go. She stayed there, and after two years was already very recognized for a sealed demon she carried.
[Kekkei Genkai/Inherited Bloodline] (This is actually a sealed demon.) At birth, she had a demon sealed inside her recognized as the "Aisu-Kusai", a white tiger white red stripes. The kekkei-genkai included enables her to form ice and fire jutsus.
[Element] Lightning and fire.
[Weapons/Attacks] As a weapon, she uses a stick that can produce lightning called Tajik.
