A new start.

Sasuke continued on. They were at last at the entrance to Ame. He gazed beyond it, at the eerie village. There were tall buildings, and dim lights. It nearly gave Sasuke a creepy vibe, though he was sure perhaps it was more comfortable in the morning. Either way, he could deal with it, and knew he would be capable of making a living there.

Kaiya walked on in, and headed into an allyway, which lead to thier home.
Chiyo sighed"You can follow Kaiya, she's probably heading back home, I'm going to the bar for awhile, I'll maybe be back in the morning, need supplies too...."
Chiyo went on way to the bar.

There were a few strange people laying around outside in the ally way,
inculding Kaiya, she was waiting for whoever might come with her, the one that was secretly following them, Sasuke, or Chiyo...No not Chiyo...probably went to the bar,*sigh* again...

Sasuke nodded to Chiyo as he walked off. Seeing where Kaiya was heading, he went down the same ally way. Homeless men that were slumped in the ally glared up at Sasuke, who glared back. One man stood up suddenly...
"You wanna start somethin'?" he barked.
Sasuke stared at him clamly then, "I wouldn't go there. I could probably kill you in a heartbeat..."
"Oh, yea?! Well let's see about tha-" He got cut off by a sword ripping through his stomach. Sasuke smiled slyly. "What did I tell you? ...In a heartbeat."
The other men shuddered at Sasuke now, and were heading off before he could kill any of them else. Sasuke pulled the sword out of the man's body as he dropped dead, looking at Kaiya and smiling a little. "Shouldn't have to worry about them now. So... where to now?"

Kaiya smiled and then walked up to a door.
"Right here."
She opened a door and went upstairs into thier abandoned apartment.

"When is Chiyo coming back?" She asked randomly while in a her room.

Sasuke walked into the room, looking around... "He said he'd probably be back by tomorrow morning..." Staring at a corner, he blushed a little, though hid it as best he could. He figured the darkness of the room would help. This means we get to be alone all night... He didn't know what exactly was overcoming him. He remembered Sakura then, and how she had confessed her love to him before he ran from Konoha. He never liked her, she was just too annoying... Kaiya wasn't like that at all, and that's what was begining to draw him to her.

Kaiya looked outside the window for a moment and than started to look through a few drawers, and taking out a few pieces of paper.
"I need to finish a letter, would you like anything to eat?"
She walked out into the hall and to a small cabnet.

Sasuke looked from the corner to her. A letter...? "Oh, sure, thank you..." He couldn't help but wonder who she was writing to as he sat at the table, watching her in a timid fashion. He tried not to look it though. He would ask, and the fact he didn't know what she was looking for earlier bugged him even more. He didn't want to butt into her business... Well I did tell her one of my secrets... At last finding the courage to ask, he started, "Who are writing to?"

Kaiya gave Sasuke some ricecakes.
She sat accross from him, and started to write on the paper.
"It's for the guy I work for, just asking something."
She worked for a group of Assasins, and is hoping she could get a new contract.
She rolled it up, and put it in a her bag.

Sasuke began eating the ricecakes as she wrote. When she put it away, he was just finishing. "Thank you," he said, wiping his mouth, "So then... what exactly were you searching for back in Oto?"

Kaiya Hesitated.
"I was looking for somone..."
She looked at Sasuke than looked down, and went on.
"Someone that is supposed to be dead...With the rest of my family..."
I don't know how he's still alive......

Sasuke gazed at her. The rest of her family... He looked down also, thinking of Itachi, and his family that was also gone... "Maybe I could help you search for them, sometime..." he was surprised in his own offer.

Kaiya looked back up, smiling slightly.
"That's a really kind offer...but, I don't really think that it's the best of ideas to find him,..."
She paused.
"I can't even remember his name..."

I don't even know much about my family...or about our so called Kekkei Genkei.

Sasuke nodded, realizing what she might be saying... He leaned forward a bit as he spoke, eager to hear what she had to say. "Do you remember anything about your family? Anything at all?"

She thought for a moment.
"I think we have a Kekkei Genkai, But I don't even know what it is..."
She went into thought about all of her family, trying to remember if they have ever mentioned it to her.

So she hasn't encountered her kekkei-genkai yet... "That's strange... usually at early age kekkei-gekai's are discovered..." He studied her. "I'm not exactly sure how we would even figure it out. Perhaps it will eventually happen on it's own..."

Kaiya nodded
"Maybe it will."

Than she looked at Sasuke with a curious face
"Whats you're kekkei-genkai?"
She studied his face, while waiting for an answer.

"The kekkei-genkai I have is called Sharingan..." He looked at her, smiling. "It's a pretty intense sort of kekkei-genkai that can put someone through torture, that seems very real, though it isn't... it's fake, but the reality of it can really weaken an oponent..." He remembered the time Itachi used it on him when he was younger, looking down. "It's hell to go through, believe me."

Kaiya was very interested in his kekkei-genkai(well of course she is a killer herself),
and she wondered if hers was weak or as great as the Sharingan.

I wonder what happened to that girl... she was thinking about the girl earlier today with the cones.

Sasuke studied her, wondering about her thoughtful expression. Suddenly he yawned. "Sorry, I'm pretty exhausted from all the walking..." he explained.

Kaiya looked up to him, half smiling, feeling like laughing.
"It's alright, you want to go to sleep, you can if you want to?"

Sasuke smiled a bit also. He didn't exactly want to go now, for he still wanted to talk to her... "I do and I don't," he said, looking calmly into her eyes and grinning once more.

"Well than..."
Kaiya started
"Do you want to talk about?"
She really didn't know what to talk about or do.

Sasuke looked around, "I'm not really sure..." He stood up suddenly, "Could you tell me where the bathroom is?"

Kaiya pointed down the hall.
"Down the hall to the left."

Sasuke nodded, headed down the hall. He gazed at himself in the mirror a moment... Then he removed his shirt and shoes to be more comfortable. After washing his hands and all, he walked back out to go look for where Kaiya had gone to.
